Terms of use

Last updated: October 22, 2026. By using bailecharmeia.com you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Charme Dance AI makes short AI videos from one photo. It is an independent, unofficial tool, not affiliated with TikTok, CapCut, the creators of the original clip or the Baile Charme de Madureira.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older.

3. Allowed photos

Only upload photos of yourself, of adults who gave permission for this use, or of your animal. By uploading, you confirm you have that right. Photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, or of anyone without consent, are not allowed.

4. Prohibited uses

• Sexual, violent, hateful or humiliating content.
• Impersonating someone, deceiving people or pretending something really happened.
• Harassment, defamation or any illegal use.
• Trying to get around usage limits or overload the service.

We may refuse, stop or delete generations that break these rules.

5. Free period

During launch, generation is free with a daily limit per person and an overall daily limit. We may change the limits, pause the generator or start charging in the future; if so, we will say so on the site before charging anything.

6. The videos you make

We do not claim ownership of the videos you generate. You may download and post them, as long as you follow these terms and the rules of the platform you post on, including labeling the content as AI-generated. You are responsible for what you post.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". AI results vary: a video may not come out as expected, and the generator may be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the service.

8. Removal requests

If a video made here uses your likeness without permission, write to contato@bailecharmeia.com and we will remove anything we still store.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force.
