Privacy policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026. This policy explains what data we collect on bailecharmeia.com, why, and for how long. We collect the minimum the site needs to work.

Photos you upload

• Used only to make your video. Never shown anywhere public and never used to train models or for marketing.
• To make the video, the photo is sent to our AI video provider (Higgsfield) through a private, temporary link.
• We delete the photo as soon as the video is ready. If generation fails, it is deleted automatically within 1 day.

Generated videos

Kept for up to 30 days so you can download them, then deleted automatically. Only someone with the video link can open it. The site keeps a list of your videos ("My videos") in your browser; that list stays on your device.

Waitlist email

If you join the waitlist, we store your email, language and chosen version (you, grandparent or pet). We use it only to tell you when the generator opens. We never sell or share it. To leave, reply to the email or write to contato@bailecharmeia.com.

Usage limits and safety

To enforce the daily free limit and prevent abuse, we store a scrambled version (hash) of your IP address that changes every day. We do not store the IP address itself.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives data such as pages viewed, approximate country and device type. We never send it your photo, your video or your email. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with an ad blocker, and the site keeps working.

Who processes the data

• Cloudflare: website hosting, database and file storage.
• Higgsfield: AI video generation.
• Google: visit statistics (Google Analytics).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, including under Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR, by writing to contato@bailecharmeia.com. We reply within 15 days.

Minors

The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
